Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations with 100% accuracy
- Conduct complex reconciliations for balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with audit teams during external examinations
- Maintain detailed financial documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
