- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close and reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory accuracy
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
