- Utilize tax software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSystem fx) for efficient processing
- Collaborate with senior staff on audits and IRS communications
- Stay updated on tax code changes and implement compliance measures
- Maintain accurate client documentation and electronic filing systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of tax preparation experience (CPA or EA preferred)
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication and client service abilities
