Responsibilities
- Manage complex financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Prepare tax documentation and support external audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
