Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for 500+ employees
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through detailed audit trails and reconciliation
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and annual W-2 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and benefits administration
- Implement payroll process improvements using data analytics
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee financial data
Qualifications
