Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans for high-net-worth individuals and small businesses
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through proactive communication
- Analyze market trends and investment opportunities to optimize portfolio performance

- Ensure strict compliance with FINRA regulations and internal protocols

Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66/63/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years of financial advisory experience with proven track record

- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts
- Valid NJ state securities registration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in commission-based environments
