Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Act as primary payroll support for HR and employee inquiries
- Implement process improvements using automation tools
- Conduct internal audits and maintain payroll documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience with garnishment processing
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
