Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end close, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead tax preparation and compliance for corporate clients
- Develop internal controls and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
- Mentor junior accountants and support cross-departmental projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong audit and tax compliance background
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership in team settings
