Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and journal entries
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable during off-peak hours
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Collaborate with international teams during overnight time zones
- Maintain internal controls and audit documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
