- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend reporting deadlines
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Conduct weekend payroll processing and tax compliance verification
- Support month-end closing procedures with weekend critical path tasks
- Assist with audit preparation and documentation requests
- Implement process improvements for weekend financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
