Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries with high accuracy.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Maintain accurate tax records and compliance documentation in line with GAAP standards.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to integrity and accuracy.
