Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead internal audits and maintain robust financial controls
- Prepare tax documentation and liaise with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
