We are currently hiring immediately for a Senior Accountant role. In this position, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in our reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage Financial Records: Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger reconciliation and journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial reporting is in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Audit Support: Assist external auditors and internal teams during the annual audit process.
- Process Improvement: Streamline accounting workflows and implement best practices for cost reduction.
- Payroll & Taxes: Support month-end and year-end close processes, including payroll processing and tax filings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Certification: CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of accuracy.
