Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR and payroll processing
- Conduct internal audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Develop cash flow forecasts and budgeting models
- Collaborate with tax professionals on quarterly filings
- Maintain and reconcile complex multi-currency accounts
- Lead month-end closing procedures with strict deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Deep knowledge of Arizona state tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
