Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP standards
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes for multiple client portfolios
- Conduct detailed reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Lead internal control audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate tax filings and planning
- Develop customized financial models and variance analysis for executive decision-making
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced accounting software solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (Sage 300 experience a plus)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations and financial audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
