Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ mid-sized clients
- Lead tax preparation and compliance for corporate entities
- Develop and implement internal control systems
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Conduct audits and ensure GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with CFOs on financial strategy and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Expert knowledge of tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
