Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with multi-entity consolidation
- Lead internal audits and compliance initiatives ensuring GAAP adherence
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for budgetary planning
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize financial processes
- Maintain meticulous financial records in ERP systems with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership for decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel with pivot mastery
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and tax preparation
