- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

- Develop and implement financial forecasting models and budgetary controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Mentor junior accountants and provide expert financial guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated experience with multi-state tax compliance and audit preparation
