Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Oversee and manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger with precision.
- Assist with the monthly and year-end close processes, including accruals and adjusting entries.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting workflows and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- CPA certification is a strong plus but not strictly required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
