Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Lead compliance initiatives and internal audit coordination
- Develop financial forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Proven experience with GAAP compliance and tax preparation
