Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end close processes and financial reporting
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Lead audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable business insights
- Develop/implement internal controls and process improvements
- Coordinate tax filings and regulatory reporting
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/SAP/Oracle
- Strong Excel modeling and data visualization skills
- Proven audit and reconciliation expertise
