Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Manage complex reconciliations across GL accounts and subsidiaries
- Lead internal audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization
- Prepare regulatory filings and tax documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (VBA skills preferred)
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
