Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and process optimization
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance requirements are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software (Oracle/SAP a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany transactions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
