Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate tax filings and strategic tax planning
- Maintain robust financial controls and documentation systems
- Provide financial insights to support client decision-making and business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client interactions and team collaboration
- Experience with audit preparation and financial controls implementation
