Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with precision and timeliness
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and complex transactions
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with audit support
- Implement and optimize accounting systems for efficiency and compliance
- Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure regulatory adherence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
