Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Oversee general ledger maintenance and reconciliation of complex accounts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with VBA skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership in cross-functional projects
