Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage general ledger operations and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP and tax compliance knowledge
- Experience with multi-state tax filings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership in team environments
