Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to management.
- Support the budgeting process and perform variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
