Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct variance analysis and budget forecasting for departmental operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
- Implement process improvements using accounting software solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and audits
