Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and tax document preparation
- Maintain organized digital financial records with strict confidentiality protocols
- Collaborate with CPA firms during audits and financial reviews
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Proven track record of managing multi-client accounting systems
