Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow optimization
- Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Prepare tax documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP/IRS)
- Develop and implement financial controls for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and reporting
- Maintain digital financial records using Sage 100 ERP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/Sage)
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Proven experience with financial audits and compliance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder reporting
