Responsibilities
- Manage complex month-end close processes for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance expertise
- Lead audit coordination and regulatory reporting initiatives
- Develop process improvements using NetSuite and QuickBooks Online
- Mentor junior accountants through structured training programs
- Collaborate with CFOs on strategic financial modeling projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA license
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and NetSuite
- Proven track record in audit preparation and compliance
- Strong Excel modeling skills with VBA knowledge preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience serving tech/healthcare clients highly valued
