Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Lead month-end closing processes with journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow forecasting
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop and implement financial reporting automation tools
- Collaborate with tax team on quarterly/annual filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Expertise in GAAP and state/federal tax regulations
- Proven track record of improving financial processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
