Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of monthly and annual financial reporting processes.
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Prepare and review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax compliance requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows to ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with management to identify financial trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate internal controls and accounting policies documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree or CPA certification is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proven expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
