Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Analyze variance reports and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare and audit financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Coordinate internal and external audits with third-party firms
- Develop and implement financial controls and process improvements
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance requirements
- Experience with multinational corporate accounting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
