Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead tax preparation, audits, and regulatory filings with precision and timeliness
- Implement process improvements using accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Mentor junior accountants and provide strategic financial guidance to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA license required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit procedures
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritize competing tasks
