Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data integrity
- Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance documentation
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/QuickBooks)
- Proven track record of managing month-end close processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
