Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end close processes with GAAP compliance
- Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and executive dashboards

- Implement and refine internal controls for financial systems

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
