Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for diverse industry clients
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows using ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants and provide training on accounting best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement analysis and audit procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
