Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk
- Prepare detailed credit memos and risk assessments for loan committees
- Monitor existing portfolios for compliance and early warning signals
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure credit solutions
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Support loan documentation and approval processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of credit risk metrics and financial ratios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Credit certification (CRCM/CCE) preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week with flexible scheduling
