Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliation (W-2/1099)
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
- Conduct audits and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA
- Implement new payroll policies and system upgrades
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations (FLSA, FICA)
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Expertise in tax compliance (federal/state/local)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication for client/vendor interactions
- Proven problem-solving in payroll audits and corrections
