Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Implement and optimize payroll policies and time-tracking systems
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and new hires
- Conduct annual payroll audits and ensure SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS
- Expert knowledge of federal/state tax laws (FLSA, FICA, GA withholding)
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Exceptional Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table mastery
- Proven problem-solving skills with audit experience
