Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and voluntary deductions accurately
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns and year-end forms (W-2s, 1099s)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support HR with new hire onboarding and benefits administration
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Proficient in payroll tax compliance and multi-state regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification a plus
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday a plus)
