Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing portfolio holders through face-to-face meetings and strategic networking.
  • Financial Planning: Conduct comprehensive financial reviews to create customized wealth management plans, including retirement projections, estate planning, and risk assessments.
  • Investment Management: Recommend and manage investment portfolios aligned with client risk tolerance and financial goals, utilizing both internal and external product solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, economic shifts, and regulatory changes to provide timely and relevant advice to clients.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions, recommendations, and documentation adhere to FINRA and SEC regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal specialists, such as tax advisors and estate attorneys, to provide a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Licensure: Must hold current Series 7, Series 66 (or Series 63 & 65), and Life & Health Insurance licenses. Series 24 preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or brokerage.
