Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analyses.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Assist in the development of the annual operating budget and long-term strategic plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards (GAAP).
- Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and macros).
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is a plus.
