Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across all 50 states
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end reporting (W-2s, 1099s)
- Implement time and attendance systems to optimize payroll accuracy
- Collaborate with HR and benefits teams on employee compensation changes
- Lead payroll audits and maintain SOX compliance documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Familiarity with FLSA, FICA, and state-specific labor regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy in previous roles
