Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks platforms
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations including CA labor laws
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments with precision
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in employee records
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR departments
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in ADP Enterprise and QuickBooks Payroll
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of CA wage and hour regulations
- Advanced Excel skills for payroll reconciliation
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state payroll processing
