Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service through virtual and in-person channels, resolving inquiries within 15 minutes
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services, achieving monthly targets
- Operate digital banking platforms and assist clients with mobile/online banking features
- Conduct account verifications and fraud prevention checks following regulatory standards
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless service delivery across all channels
- Maintain detailed transaction records and prepare daily reconciliation reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or financial services role
- Proficiency in digital banking platforms (online/mobile banking, video conferencing)
- Strong mathematical aptitude with attention to detail in cash handling
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team dynamics
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation for branch visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulations E, CCARA, BSA) preferred
- Associate's degree in Finance or related field preferred
