Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision while maintaining 100% accuracy in cash handling
- Deliver exceptional customer service through video conferencing and in-person interactions
- Resolve account inquiries and troubleshoot technical banking issues remotely
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet client needs
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with branch team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Participate in ongoing training for new digital banking platforms
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or banking experience
- Proficiency with digital banking platforms and video conferencing tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
- Valid Colorado banking license or willingness to obtain immediately
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional communication skills in both virtual and face-to-face settings
