Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to support business forecasting and budgeting processes
- Prepare detailed financial models, variance reports, and executive dashboards
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and improve profitability
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for operational improvements and investment opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements for financial reporting
- Support annual audits by preparing schedules and documentation
- Develop financial KPIs and monitor performance against strategic goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex financial concepts
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
